As a manufacturer of special machines for all areas of sewer cleaning and rehabilitation, we are among the world market leaders in the field of house connection and main sewer milling machines.With its powerful cutting motor, the house connection cutter removes any deposits and is a reliable tool when opening and reopening lateral connections after liner rehabilitation - quickly and effectively. In conjunction with the axial feed, the flexibility in pipe bends ensures that the cutter can reach any location. The colour camera with LED illumination guarantees exact positioning.
With the inhouse inspection camera system WIPERcam basic, IMS Robotics launches a completely new designed and developed solution for small diameter inspection purposes. The range of application from as small as DN 50 and up to DN 110 makes WIPERcam the perfect solution for a huge variety of scenarious. Its 25 meter supply hose, bendability of 90 degrees in DN 50 pipes and other features are based on the vast experience of IMS Robotics in the small diameter area.
It enables trenchless rehabilitation of main sewers with nominal diameters up to DN 1600 and is compatible with different light sources, which are selected according to the size of the main sewer. The system installed in the vehicle consists of a cable drum, curing cable, an integrated ignition system and an integrated control system - an external control system is optionally available. All data relevant to the curing process is recorded.
